On October 10, 2024, the UBEC team paid a special visit to Junior Secondary School (JSS) Jibi in Dei-Dei as part of the activities for Customer Service Week. During the visit, the team generously distributed books to the pupils, reinforcing UBEC’s commitment to supporting education and enhancing the learning experience. The gesture was part of the Commission’s effort to give back to the community and celebrate the importance of customer service in promoting positive relationships between educational institutions and stakeholders.
