The UBEC – NIPSS Participants of the Policy, Strategy and Leadership Course 50, on Thursday 5th December, 2024 had an opportunity to step down and share their experiences with other Staff of the Commission during the regular staff seminar at the Commission’s headquarters.
The seminar provided participants with the background to train other policymakers on how:
Public sector managers can develop effective policies to address contemporary issues.
How participants can effectively implement strategies in their organisations and the best leadership approaches to adopt in order to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
