The Executive Secretary of the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC), Aisha Garba, received the Director-General of the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP), Dr. Adebowole Adedokun, along with his management team at the Commission’s headquarters.
The visit aimed to support the Executive Secretary in strengthening procurement processes within UBEC and to advocate for collaboration in ensuring best practices across the Commission and State Universal Basic Education Boards (SUBEBs).
This meeting underscores UBEC’s commitment to transparency and accountability in its procurement processes. By working closely with the Bureau of Public Procurement, UBEC seeks to align its procurement framework with global best practices.
