On September 26, 2024, the Executive Secretary of UBEC, Dr. Hamid Bobboyi, welcomed the Executive Secretary of the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD), Chief Ayuba Gufwan, and his management team during a courtesy visit to UBEC Headquarters. The visit aimed at fostering a partnership to address the challenges of Out-of-School Children (OOSC), with a special focus on children living with disabilities across Nigeria.
