Gambian Ministry of Higher Education Visits UBEC to Study Nigeria’s Early Childhood Crèche System

A delegation from the Gambia’s Ministry of Higher Education, Research, Science, and Technology (MOHERST) visited the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) to gain insights into Nigeria’s crèche system. Led by Mrs. Ndaye Fatou Trawally, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Admin & Finance, the team’s visit aimed to study how early childhood education is managed in Nigeria, with a focus on crèches. The visit is part of an effort to enhance early childhood education in The Gambia by learning from Nigeria’s experiences and best practices.

Dr. Danjuma Adamu Dabo – Rep. North East

Dr. Danjuma hails from Bauchi State. He obtained M.Sc Public Administration and Policy Analysis from the University of Abuja, MBA form Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Ph.D Economics from the Loughborough University, UK.
