A one-day Stakeholders’ Consultative Meeting on implementing the School-to-Work Scheme (STWS) in the Universal Basic Education (UBE) program

A one-day Stakeholders’ Consultative Meeting was held on implementing the School-to-Work Scheme (STWS) in the Universal Basic Education (UBE) program. The meeting was attended by:

  • Prof. Bala Zakari, Deputy Executive Secretary (Technical), representing Dr. Hamid Bobboyi, Executive Secretary of UBEC
  • UBEC Zonal Directors
  • UBEC State Coordinators
  • SUBEB Directors of Special Programs from all 36 states and the FCT
  • Desk officers of Special Programs from all the states
  • Technical Committee members from organizations such as NABTEB, NRDC, NMEC, NBTE, CSOs, NGOs and other participants.

    The meeting aimed to bring stakeholders together to discuss the STWS implementation in the UBE programme.

Dr. Danjuma Adamu Dabo – Rep. North East

Dr. Danjuma hails from Bauchi State. He obtained M.Sc Public Administration and Policy Analysis from the University of Abuja, MBA form Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Ph.D Economics from the Loughborough University, UK.
