The 2-day retreat aimed to reposition the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) for sustainable basic education delivery in Nigeria. Management staff gathered to discuss innovative approaches, challenges, and solutions.

Objectives include:
1. Enhance understanding of UBEC’s role in sustainable basic education
2. Develop strategies for improved service delivery
3. Foster teamwork and collaboration among management staff
